Where We Meet

Case Study & Access Toolkit

Where We Meet, our creative access journey

The world of immersive performance is so unique, and every experience is different. Even if the theatre world has made great progress on access, there are no existing guidelines for immersive formats and in some ways this would be impossible as each experience carries unique challenge. For Where We Meet, we have conducted a 6-month R&D to build the end to end access journey and understand which access provisions we could create.

We now share our learnings and tools to encourage other makers to integrate access into their creative process.
